2. If you are missing an activation key or have forgotten your password, your first point of call should be the lost login page where you can send yourself a reminder email.
3. Check the User Forum. Our community is made up of inexperienced and experienced users using a variety of systems so there's a chance that someone may have come across your specific issue before.
4. During matches please note that the support team are often very busy with the task at hand, this means that there is likely to be a delay with any response to emails. However you will find some of us in the live chat room during most matches where we will be happy to discuss problems & matches real time.
5. If you are still experiencing issues having referred to the above information sources, submit a support request and one of our experienced team will endeavour to resolve your issue for you.
